Our courts and philosophy
Leon Alberti The restaurant offers selected dishes from the Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine and an exquisite author cuisine. The author of our own creations, which is also head chef, co-founder and associate of the restaurant is, Berta Gómez. She trained at the catering school of the University of the Balearic Islands.
Our philosophy is based on ensuring a home-made product for the taste buds of our customers. Original Recipes, ranging from very simple eggs with tomato, to a sophisticated dish with French accents, such as sea bass with almond sauce, are just one of our inspirations. Popular desserts include the preparations of our guests in the traditional way Gato - namely, the typical Majorcan almond cake accompanied by a homemade almond ice cream by our chef.
As for our policy, we take products that are fully or even partially from industrial production, entirely apart. Then come to us for dessert, after the industrial manufacturing process produced and sold by specialist suppliers of dining establishments are not at all in question. With us, every dish and every dessert is fondly by us, made in the kitchen of our restaurant Leon Alberti.
